Product Introduction

 The Fuel Nozzle body which is customized by clients, which is done by Gravity die casting process, then do CNC machining process to clients' demands and requirements. And we have our pressure test equipment to make sure that there is no any leak. As usually, we do two times pressure test: casting and finished machining. Customers' designs and projects are welcome. Delivery Time

  • A. Tooling and Samples:

  • 1) Sand casting, within 20-30days after getting order

  • 2) Die casting, within 40-50days after getting order

  • 3) Gravity casting or low pressure casting, within 30-40days after getting order
