Furnace Insulation Chamber：

●  Inner layer is hard graphite felt.
●  Outer layers are soft graphite felt

Furnace shell：

●  Double layers vertical furnace shell with cooling water to ensure outer temperature less than 25℃。
●  Inner shell is 304 stainless steel, which thickness is 4mm, polished surface.
●  Outer shell is carbon steel coated by molding powder.

Furnace door

Furnace door can be opened by handle gear.
Materials can be load and unload from furnace top.

Peep door

A peep door is made at the middle of the furnace, to observe the sintered materials.

Temperature controlling

●  PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power control with phase angle fired, current limiting resistor.
●  30 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.
●  Built in PID Auto-Tune function with overheating & broken thermocouple broken protection.
●  Over temperature protection and alarm allows for operation without attendant.
